Sales Coordinator (Female)

Ekam Jewellers is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Female Sales Coordinator Trainee to join our growing team. • Make outbound calls to customers for sales follow-ups and promotions
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and courteously
• Provide accurate information about products, offers, and services
• Assist customers with basic product inquiries and order-related questions
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Update customer information in company systems
• Schedule appointments and follow-up calls when required
• Support daily administrative and sales coordination tasks
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional attitude

• Female candidate preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive and friendly attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet, etc.)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an asset but not required
